Company description

Perfect10 Property Group established in 2019, we have been dedicated to helping our clients achieve their financial goals through strategic property investment.

We believe that building strong relationships is key to success, which is why we work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and tailor our services to meet them.

Specializing in the areas of West Yorkshire, we have an in-depth understanding of the best streets and postcodes to invest in.

With this knowledge, we help our clients select the best properties for investment exit strategies while avoiding areas that could prove detrimental to their investment goals.

We specialise in working with both domestic and overseas clients on a close basis to provide them with great property investment opportunities in Leeds and surrounding areas.

We work closely with solicitors, lenders, surveyors, build/refurbishment teams and estate agents to provide a complete hands-free service for all of our clients.

We are currently one of the largest property sourcing agents for the Hong Kong investor market.

At Perfect10 Property Group we are involved in several lucrative property strategies, such as Buy-to-Let, Social Housing, Serviced Accommodation, HMO and more.

This is a very exciting time to join us: Due to the expansion and fast growth of our business, we need to expand our property acquisition capacity.

We are therefore now requiring an individual who feels comfortably at home in a flexible sales and negotiation environment.

This is an active role working very flexibly on your own time within the week.

Your role will be to maintain and establish relationships with local estate agents, sellers and landlords in order to acquire properties that we can pass to our clients to purchase.

A large part of this role will therefore be viewing potential properties, following up with sellers and agents, putting in offers and negotiating, estimating refurbishment costs and meeting with agents and sellers to build long-term relationships.

You will also be responsible for making sure sales are progressing and updating clients as required.

To this effect we need someone who are exceptionally comfortable with people in general, in particular negotiation and sales, in order for us to secure properties at the best prices possible for our clients.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to advance their career in the property and property constructions sectors, and to improve their understanding of these skillsets.

Previous experience in property is an absolute must, and previous experience with refurbishment is a bonus, but not a requirement.

This is a chance to work in a growing start-up and there are significant growth and development opportunities in the years to come.

You will learn from some of the best property experts in the UK and get access to extensive training in property investment alongside the job, unlike anything estate agency teaches you.

The job will be office/home based as needed.
