The Vacancy

Hours:
Monday - Thursday and Friday with 1 hour break)


Summary:


Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, the purpose of this new role is to support the warehouse operation with general admin, along with supporting the business across the various sites we support in the UK, and the EMEA region.


You will work closely with operational colleagues in a warehouse and office environment and support office functions with engine parts and tooling administration.

Support the varying functions within the department with general admin in the office.


Duties will include:

  • Data inputting to support the management of all relevant databases.
  • Checking certifications and renewal dates and amend when required.
  • Create labels for outbound shipments
  • Support and update customs information for the outbound shipments
  • Support warehouse improvements and kaizen goals.
  • Download and update PAT results
Support management of records for auditing and traceability.

Person specification:


  • An interest in Warehouse & Logistics
  • Previous work experience
  • Strong Microsoft package skills,
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Always think outside the box.
  • Ambitious with career progressive mindset
  • WMS (SAP/365)
Work alongside warehouse personnel to receipt all goods in accurately and liaise with relevant departments when goods arrive.

  • Work on SAP, MD365 and Microsoft packages
  • General Office Housekeeping
