Project Assistant Location:

Role requirements:

Support the Project Managers in all administrative and or technical aspects of delivery of our projects in the UK and Ireland, with a strong focus on systems integration and compliance with customers' requirements, contract and processes.

Support with the preparation and tracking of project plans, and take care of project documentation
Be a point of contact for all Stakeholders
Day-to-day project administration task like correspondence, schedule management, preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations.

Support the Project Managers:
in....
In keeping track of open issues and risk.
in managing the change process in the projects following delivery.
to deliver and measure the objectives and desired benefits of each project.
during the acquisition, design, implementation and test phase of the project.
in technical proposal and design preparation and/or sales presentations/demonstrations for new business initiatives
in creating and updating project documentation as well as support in technical editing
Close cooperation with the subject matter experts of the global project team.
Cooperation with all areas of the business beyond project delivery.


Knowledge/Skills required:
Demonstrated ability to learn complex topics, analyze sources of information and apply critical thinking skills to role, ideally gained through a degree in a technical field or business administration
Ideally Prince2 Foundation qualified with desire to develop to Project Manager
Willingness to help in non-role specific tasks for the benefit of the organisation
Able to work dynamically and deal with changing priorities
Ideally with 1-3 years' experience working in a project office within public transport technical delivery, Intelligent Transport Systems or IT Delivery
Analytical skills and strong interest in technical solutions
