Tamworth

Weekends

16 hours per week

£10ph

Temporary to permanent role

Our client based in Tamworth are recruiting for a weekend Customer service advisor to work in their contact centre. They are currently growing their team and need a customer service advisor working part time. For the first weeks you would work 8-4 Saturday and Sunday in the office and after the 13 weeks you would work from home 2pm - 10pm with a laptop provided

Duties:

Delivering excellent customer service
Inputting data onto the system for engineers to be scheduled out to customers
Collecting all relevant information from customers over the phone
Dealing with inbound calls and potential follow ups of outbound calling
Providing a 5star service
Be able to think on their feet and work in a fastpaced environment
Contract and permanent roles available
