Role Description:

An exciting opportunity to be part of the Salesforce Finance and the Revenue Operations Team.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you are required to provide the highest level of internal support and guidance for Account Executives across EMEA and business units.

This guidance includes but is not limited to deal structure questions, quote support, contract support, ACV calculations, account/customer org support, and ensuring quotes are in compliance to revenue & company policy.

This role requires an individual who is able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, meticulous with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Job Details:


You will provide expert guidance to our Sales Teams regarding the non-standard deal structure and respond to our business customer's needs through our case queue.

Collaborating across Finance, Legal, Revenue, and Pricing, you'll get to work with large enterprise solutions customers to ensure that both of our interests are met as well as moving the contracting process along.


Responsibilities:


  • Support regional sales organisations including deal structure, bookings accuracy & other business activities
  • Partner with internal support functions on large & complex deals
  • Determine appropriate bookings & forecast for large & complex deals
  • Action specific SOX controls related to functional activities
  • Collaborate with the different SFDC business units on influencing deal structure as well as manage timelines and deliverables for contracts and proposals.
  • Provide Solutions and alternatives whilst ensuring that contract and proposal processes follow internal and external guidelines.
  • Determine appropriate Credit Memo and Revenue impacts on deal restructure.
  • Ensure case volume is managed effectively and is processed within Sales Operation internal rules and resolved efficiently

Required Skills:


  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally supporting sales teams in some capacity
  • Fluent English, any other lanuages a plus
  • Demonstrated influence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and solution providing skills
  • Able to work under pressure with competing priorities
  • Strong Team Player
