    Engage with an established customer base, focusing on relationship-building and addressing customer queries.

    Reaching out to customers to retain and grow existing business, taking inbound and outbound telephone orders, upselling new products and price negotiations.

    Demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork, striving to achieve targets in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
    Liaise with various departments including Warehouse, Transport, Purchasing, Field Sales, and Accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    Receive bonuses based on achieving sales targets, with additional incentives such as potential vouchers and prizes.

    What we require from youMinimum of 1 years' experience within a telesales rolePassion for learning about the food industry and becoming an expert within the field.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
    Computer and IT system proficient.
