Sales Strategy building:
Work closely with the Senior Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives and customers development plan.
Sales Strategy implementation:
Insure the best execution of the sales strategy in line with the Business growth strategy in term of customers (in Retail & Food service) & products
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, track competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and analyses to the Commercial Director from top line & bottom-line performances.
Budget Management:
Responsible for managing and optimising the sales budget to maximise ROI. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry in retail & Food service, ideally.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
