ASAP Start Full Time & Part Time Roles Mon-Fri 08:20am - 3:30pm


HOUNSLOW

The Role:

  • To cover short term absence of teachers in the classroom & ensure students remain on task and complete their work.
  • To manage classroom behaviour, guaranteeing that students remain on task with the work they have been set
  • To support other members of staff in ensuring that students with additional needs are appropriately supported and engaged in their learning and integrated into the school community.
  • Be able to supervise whole classes and give instructions using their initiative to support teaching and learning throughout the school.
  • Be confident supervising classrooms solo (students aged 1116 years) Mainstream secondary school.
  • Hold strong classroom presence ,academic knowledge with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Can take initiative and responsibility.
  • Hold excellent organisational skills, communication and literacy skills as well as efficient IT and administrative skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
