This SEN Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for a psychology graduate wishing to gain further school experience or an experienced SEN support staff member who is searching for a fresh challenge.

SEN Learning Support Assistant - About the role:

This highly rewarding SEN Learning Assistant opportunity would see you supporting students with mild to severe additional learning needs across in and out of the classroom environment.

The students can range from those with autism / ADHD to more physicalneeds.

SEN Learning Support Assistant - This role will offer you the opportunity to:

Support students with additional needs across their school day
Gain invaluable classroom experience
Strengthen & develop your teaching knowledge & skills
Support across Early Years, KS1 or KS2 phases
Run and deliver 1:1 and group intervention sessions
SEN experience / knowledge
Passion for education, schools and learning
Compassionate and patient matter
Clear communicator
Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
Good availability, being able to work under short notice
Positive and supportive attitude
