    to drive customer service and sales growth.

    This is a full-time permanent hybrid opportunity paying £30k - £35k doe plus performance related bonus and benefits.

    The ideal candidate will have a sales and marketing background and will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our clients presence across the refit, institutional and construction sectors.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and professionals.

    Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximise market penetration.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity and new opportunities for growth.
    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and inform decision-making.

    Skills, qualities and experience:
    Proven track record of success in sales & marketing.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (ideally Hubspot).
    Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed.
