Responsibilities:

Research and secure permits.
Support producers with set, location, and casting logistics.
Department administration including processing invoices and budget tracking.
Liaise remotely with field producers and thirdparties during productions.
Track deliverables through postproduction.
Liaise with team to identify and solve problems in all phases of production.
Assist with coordination and communication with other internal departments.
Assist creative producers with project deliverables as needed.
Support the production department with operational needs.

Requirements:

Eager to learn
Having a positive attitude and amenable to sometimes mundane tasks in order to gain realworld handson experience.

Resourceful

Has the hustle in order to get tasks done, despite prohibiting factors in a timely manner

Autonomous

The ability to take direction, but needs a little management and oversight to get the job done

Indispensable

Someone who quickly and proactively makes their value known without ego, but rather based on merit and attitude
