    Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to work on some of the regions most influential projects? If so, we're looking for a dynamic individual to join our fast-expanding Project Management team in our Oxford office.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build their career within a multi-disciplinary property consultancy business where the Strategic objective of Building Consultancy is to seek business growth from existing and new markets.

    What we do:

    The Project Management team provides the project management of construction projects, contract administration and fund monitoring to clients, to ensure they run efficiently and effectively.

    In the past year the Team have worked on some diverse construction projects including science and tech facilities, hospitality and leisure, independent schools, office new builds and refurbishments and private residences.

    What you'll be doing:

    The Associate Project Manager will have responsibility for the management of the following items:

    • Key projects between the value of £5,000,000 and £50,000,000.
    • Management and operations of Value Management procedures
    • Management and operation of Risk Management procedures
    • Development of Strategic Project Programmes
    • Management of project teams
    • Development of project execution plans
    • Management of contracts and full contract administration.
    • Developing client briefs and definition of project scope.
    • Preparing and presenting monthly project reports
    • Running post occupancy evaluation workshops
    • Making timely decisions to enable the development of projects whilst still maintaining the integrity of the project and the client's objectives.

    We are seeking individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm and are self-motivated, with demonstrated experience within the Project Management sector. We're looking for someone who can adapt to joining a new team quickly and has knowledge of the local market (desirable)
