Senior Duty Manager - Amersham - salary up to 27k
Are you a duty manager looking for the next step? Have experience as a Duty Manager?


4Leisure are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic leisure facility in the Amersham area We are on the lookout for someone who is hard-working, has a passion for the leisure industry, can provide first-class customer service to the local communities and hasexperience as a Duty Manager.


Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Direct line manager of two Duty Managers
  • Site Safety Coordinator duties
  • Opening or closing the building with set up and clear down procedures
  • Overseeing the staff members on shift
  • Being the first point of contact for customer queries and covering front of house and sales
  • Ensuring health and safety guidelines are complied with and brand standards are met
  • Coach and develop colleagues to encourage promotion whilst also mentoring and reviewing


You will certainly have the enthusiasm, communication skills, collaborative spirit and 'can do' attitude it takes to inspire your team.

You must have experience in a supervisory position, hold a in date NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification) and PPO (Pool Plant Operator) or you MUST be willing to undertake (training provided)

Please note shifts would be a mixture of earlies, lates and weekends.
