Job Description Our client is a Legal 500 firm based in central Manchester, they are looking to bring an accomplished senior solicitor on board to join the professional indemnity team.

The firm is focussed on specialist commercial insurance for professionals and traders, primarily covering management and professional liability.

Coverage work also makes up a bulk of the caseload and these files range from small claims to £multi-million disputes.

Key work comes from construction professional, non-profit organisations, service contractors, accountants, care practitioners and various other kinds of professionals.

Grow and develop the PI team where possible, providing strategy and direction at a senior level.
Manage a varied caseload and supervise and mentor junior members of staff.
Strong business development experience with an interest and capability to bring new business and develop new legal/insurance relationships.

Salary up to 95k + 20% bonus.
