Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Support recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, from arranging and conducting verbal brief, agree telephone interview questions & sourcing methods and supporting at interview/assessment
  • Provide recruitment and selection advice to recruiting managers inline with the resourcing strategy
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with recruiting managers and HR Business Partners
  • Provide support and arrange/facilitate assessment Centre's for bulk recruitment campaigns
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key recruitment service providers
  • Attend local careers fairs
  • Stakeholder management including site visits, requirements, site challenges, relationship building

  • Proven recruitment experience
  • Experience supporting new Business startups would be beneficial
  • Ability to manage volume recruitment within a fastpaced organisation
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Maintains a visionary and global perspective pertaining to strategy (Beneficial)
