We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

Support recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, from arranging and conducting verbal brief, agree telephone interview questions & sourcing methods and supporting at interview/assessment
Provide recruitment and selection advice to recruiting managers inline with the resourcing strategy
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with recruiting managers and HR Business Partners
Provide support and arrange/facilitate assessment Centre's for bulk recruitment campaigns
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key recruitment service providers
Attend local careers fairs
Stakeholder management including site visits, requirements, site challenges, relationship building

Proven recruitment experience
Experience supporting new Business startups would be beneficial
Ability to manage volume recruitment within a fastpaced organisation
Maintain effective relationships with customers
Maintains a visionary and global perspective pertaining to strategy (Beneficial)
