We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Support recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, from arranging and conducting verbal brief, agree telephone interview questions & sourcing methods and supporting at interview/assessment
- Provide recruitment and selection advice to recruiting managers inline with the resourcing strategy
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with recruiting managers and HR Business Partners
- Provide support and arrange/facilitate assessment Centre's for bulk recruitment campaigns
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key recruitment service providers
- Attend local careers fairs
- Stakeholder management including site visits, requirements, site challenges, relationship building

Now, here's what we need from you:
- Proven recruitment experience
- Experience supporting new Business startups would be beneficial
- Ability to manage volume recruitment within a fastpaced organisation
- Maintain effective relationships with customers
- Maintains a visionary and global perspective pertaining to strategy (Beneficial)
