    Health and Safety Advisor Shepperton

    About Our Client: Our client, a leading building maintenance contractor, is dedicated to delivering high-quality maintenance and construction services to valued clients. With a strong commitment to excellence, they take great pride in their work.

    Health and Safety Advisor To support the HSEQ team with their Social Housing Property Maintenance Health and Safety compliance. This includes undertaking site inspections and audits, risk assessments, and providing toolbox safety talks to site operatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Health and Safety site inspections, audits, and risk assessments of construction and property maintenance operations.
    • Deliver toolbox health and safety talks to the workforce.
    • Conduct Health and Safety Site Inductions.
    • Produce and distribute detailed inspection and audit reports.
    • Engage with regional management delivery teams to provide advice and assistance on compliance with UK H&S regulations.
    • Support the HSEQ Manager in investigating reportable incidents.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 (Principal Contractor).
    • Assist the HSEQ Manager in developing Construction Phase Plans and monitoring the construction phase.
    • Stay updated on the latest H&S Regulations and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Essential: NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction or equivalent.
    • Preferred: Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
    • Academically Qualified Person (AQP).

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year Benefits:
