We're seeking organised and adaptable Customer Service Agents for our client, a growing niche law firm which provides motor and liability claims services to the specialist corporate and insurer markets.

This is a great time to join our client which really prides itself on its employee development and providing knowledgeable and trustworthy expertise to its customers.

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll handle your own caseload of claims brought by third parties for their motor and property losses.

This is a hybrid role where you'll be able to work some days from home after your 3-month training period is complete.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing claimant's liability in accordance with client SLAs
  • Investigation of merits of thirdparty claims
  • Telephone and correspondence negotiation with insurers and representatives to agree on settlements in the quickest possible time
  • Working within and supporting the team to achieve and maintain full compliance
  • Liaising with solicitors on litigated claims
Skills and Experience

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrable selfmotivation and initiative
  • Ability to work independently as appropriate but within a defined structure
  • Able to display clear communication skills
  • The willingness to accommodate unexpected situations with flexibility
  • Own transport due to rural location
