WHAT TO EXPECT
As a Senior Project Consultant, you will besupporting the wider Business Partnering community in delivering our strategic objectives, ensuring consistency and identifying opportunities to connect and improve.
KEY ACOCUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with Project Managers and HRBPs to lead and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are delivered to plan and on time
- Engaging with core project stakeholders to ensure that deliverables, timescales and resource are being met
- Work collaboratively with all areas of HR to ensure that deliverables are met and process improvements/lessons learned are implemented for future projects where necessary
- Ensure that an active role is taken in the Global Partnering Community
- Be proactive in identifying own development/upskilling requirements Provide the ability and flexibility to support generalist HRBP activity where there is immediate or enhanced business need
WAHT YOU-LL NEED
- Previous experience in Human Resources gained at Advisor level
- Experience of involvement in HR projects and project management capabilities
- Ability to multitask a high personal workload, balancing delivery of conceptual work with attention to detail and hands on delivery
- Experience of working within a complex HR structure with numerous internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledgeable within HR practices, including areas of organisation, capability and engagement
- Previous experience of working with multiple stakeholders to drive and deliver the right outcomes for the business as well as function
- Ability to present complex issues in a succinct & straightforward manner to all levels of the business
- Customer focused ability to determine service requirements and performance measures
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, ability to interpret and manipulate data Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
