Job Description We are searching for an Engineering Planner with prior mechanical & engineering experience to join a FMCG manufacturer in Harrogate .
Ideally, you will possess knowledge of Krones manufacturing equipment and Krones Asset Management software.Company Pension Plan
~ Private Medical Insurance – After 6 months
~ The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the CMMS, overseeing maintenance KPIs and generating weekly and monthly reports. You will liaise with Engineering, Production, Technical, and Procurement departments to coordinate all maintenance planning activities.
Operating the Krones Asset Management planning software; scheduling all building based and planned preventative maintenance works and allocating tasking to the engineering team.
Develop and manage maintenance planning systems, including asset care, planned maintenance, spare parts control, and task prioritisation.Produce weekly maintenance schedules and KPIs for engineering team.
Generate monthly engineering and maintenance reports, identifying key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Engineering & mechanical experience within an FMCG environment.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) software; Krones Asset Management System (KAM) would be desirable.
Excellent organisation & prioritisation abilities, capable of planning both short and long-term tasks.
Our ideal candidate will be a proactive and safety-focused individual with an engineering background, a passion for continuous improvement and strong mechanical aptitude.
You will be comfortable operating and troubleshooting equipment (Krones) and possess excellent communication and organisational skills that will allow you to schedule and plan all maintenance works successfully and efficiently.
Our client is a Harrogate super brand who produce a globally recognised product within the FMCG industry.Their award-winning and distinctive product is manufactured on their Harrogate site and distributed to premium brands across the UK and beyond.
As a result of their impressive international recognition, they now have plans to further increase their manufacturing capabilities and as such are searching for an Engineering Planner to join their talented team.
