Title: Studio / Traffic Manager
The ultimate multi tasker at the core of the business, the Studio manager ensures the smooth and efficient running of the studio. Proactive, highly organised and people centric. An excellent communicator who can coordinate across multiple stake holders within the business and externally to ensure both internal and client projects are delivered to the best standard. Ensuring the right resource is on the right projects - at the right time, the Studio Manager is the vital bridge joining creative and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Studio and Traffic Management:
· Traffic and resource management. Co-ordinating internal and external resource across multiple project leads.
· Facilitating systems, processes and reports to enable smooth project management
· Diary management
· Accountable for management the studio processes and admin.
· Working closely with department and project leads to develop and deliver the best operational solutions for the studio
· To develop the company's systems and maximise efficiencies
· To oversee project schedules and timelines, workflow and ensure all processes and procedures are established and adhered to.
· Maintain budget reporting and project tracking for client projects ensuring clarity with the creative teams.
· Managing studio budgets
· Project management of external events
· Organising company-wide events, parties, gifts and celebrations
Travel:
· Accountable for the management of all team travel and travel related policies
· To ensure policies are up to date and all staff have any required information
· To ensure travel is managed in the most cost effective way and budgets are in place and adhered to
Client needs:
· Understanding clients' and business and working with the creative and commercial team to ensure this is executed through the studio effectively
· Establishing clear lines of communication for each project
· Liaising with clients, or project leads, to ensure key dates are planned and providing ongoing admin support
· Working with the accounts team to ensure client projects are invoiced correctly
· Accountable for the management of all client sample ordering and processing and any other requirements
In office:
· Ensure all equipment, including IT and office equipment, is operational as required.
· Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met
HR:
· Preparing employment contracts and other admin
· Holiday approval and tracking
· Manage a staff induction process
We offer a hybrid work set-up, with our team able to working between our east London studio and home.
