    Senior Electrical Design Engineer
    City of London
    Up to £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + All travel paid + Bonus up to 10%

    Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer eager to take your career to new heights? Look no further, a renowned industry leading design and build contractor specialising in innovative electrical solutions across commercial, data centres, and residential sectors throughout the UK and Europe.

    Join a dynamic internal design team of 10 (and growing), spearheading ground breaking projects that shape the landscape of electrical engineering.


    They have an impressive portfolio of projects, including:

    • The Shard, London
    • Amsterdam Data Tower, Netherlands
    • Canary Wharf Development, London
    • Residential Tower in Frankfurt, Germany
    • Data Centre Expansion in Dublin, Ireland

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will:

    • Lead electrical design projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative solutions tailored to project requirements.
    • Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
    • Conduct thorough site assessments and provide expert technical guidance throughout the construction process.
    • Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to optimize design efficiency and performance.

    Qualifications & Experience:
    To thrive in this role, youll need:

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Proven experience in electrical design engineering, with a focus on commercial, data centre, or residential projects.
    • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux, ETAP).
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

    Package:

    • Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum.
    • Car Allowance: £5,000 (Paid as salary).
    • All travel expenses covered.
    • Performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
