Description

The overall responsibility of this role will be to create and maintain reports for the business regarding a variety of systems.

The role will also include a level of project management as you lead your team and communicate effectively with the business

_Key Accountabilities _

Take ownership of the Data & Management Information function at Enra.
Work closely with the CTO & the Head of Software Product to define and implement the short & the longterm strategies around Data & MI reports.
Communicate effectively with internal customers and third parties.
Analyse both large and complex reporting requirements, as well as smaller BAU requests, before creating any JIRA tasks.
Maintain and prioritise projects, tasks, and backlogs in JIRA, keeping everything well organised.
Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, DevOps Engineers, and the wider business.
Handson development of MI & BI reports for the various business units.
Work alongside a Reporting Developer & a Reporting Analyst.
Support, mentor and help the more junior members of the team.
Test and cross validate reports for accuracy and integrity.
Perform regular, technical reviews of your team's work.
Analyse and recommend enhancements to the MI reports, processes and standards.

- _Provide regular and ad hoc updates to the CTO._

Knowledge & Qualifications_

3+ years of experience as a Reporting Developer or on a similar role.
2+ years of experience, leading or managing a Data / MI team.
Extensive experience with SQL, ideally Amazon Redshift & MySQL.
Extensive experience with visualisation tools, ideally with Amazon QuickSight.
Good knowledge of SAP Business Objects currently in use but in the process of migrating to Redshift & QuickSight.
Experience developing ETL processes from multiple data sources & types.
Experience in dashboard design and development.
Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment.
