We currently have an exciting opportunity in Administration Support to join our team at our Levenshulme Depot. The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to our office personnel. You will be responsible for helping the smooth running of the business.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing, Organising, and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Greeting visitors at reception.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
- Typing up letters and reports.
- Updating computer records using a database.
- Printing and photocopying.
- Ordering all office supplies.
- Maintaining office systems.
- Reporting all damages in the office.
Skills and Experience:
- Selfmotivated and enthusiastic.
- IT proficient including MS packages.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Willing to use initiative when required.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
