Bailey Employment Services are recruiting for a prestigious client based at their contact centre in Pendeford.


Our client is one of the UK's largest financial services groups, and they play a vital role in supporting the people, businesses and communities they serve, creating a thriving UK economy.


The Role:


  • Inbound customer service
  • Dealing promptly and accurately with a wide variety of customer enquiries, relating to a wide range of financial products and services
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service, handling all enquiries professionally and accurately
  • Keeping customer records up to date
  • Full time 35 hours per week 4 days out of 7 on a shift pattern
  • Shifts between the hours of 8am and 7.45pm
- £10.60p/h rising to £11.10p/h after 6 months

  • 8 weeks notice of confirmed shift pattern
  • Full 6 weeks' worth of training provided
