We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, who is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Peterborough. While some form of marketing experience is preferred, what they value most is creativity, innovation, and the ability to work independently.

With a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, and Monday to Friday office-based hours, this role offers the perfect balance of challenge and reward.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Generate engaging content for various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website.
• Take ownership of marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Collaborate with directors to understand company goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

Experience:

• Previous experience in marketing, preferably in a small company or start up environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment
• 36 days annual leave including bank holidays.
