Job description - Financial Consultant

As the Financial Consultant, you will work with a cutting-edge AI-powered data extraction platform, delivering exceptional services to financial service institutions that need to extract data from financial documents.

This role will give you robust experience of working with clients and data analytics / extraction in one of the most fast-paced sectors, FinTech


You will be a first point of contact for clients, so will be responsible for maintaining positive working relationships, with scope for more formalised project management further down the line.


Key responsibilities - Financial Consultant
In this Financial Consultant job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their needs and expectations while maintaining strong relationships
  • Gather and analyse client requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their financial data extraction needs
  • Configure software to provide customized solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements
  • Perform adhoc data analysis for clients, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Conduct quality checks on extracted data, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and consistency

Job requirements - Financial Consultant

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, with relevant qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with team members
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets (and perhaps SQL tools) for data analysis and manipulation
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of work
  • A passion for Artificial Intelligence and its potential to revolutionise the financial services industry
