IGA Talent Solutions are currently supporting a long-standing client in a search to hire a Professional Trustee to join their growing team in Manchester or London.
£90,000 - £120,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefitsManchester or London, with hybrid working, 3 days a week in the officeFull timeProfessional Trustee firms exist to help Defined Benefit (final salary) and Defined Contribution (money purchase) pension schemes in the UK make decisions, meet regulatory requirements, and ultimately deliver a secure financial future to their members.
It's a fast-growing area of the industry, with 20% revenue growth for the last 3 years and a continued rise in the number of trustee appointments.
The marketplace is evolving too, with new professional trustee qualifications/accreditations, different services and offerings (sole-trustee, outsourced pensions management), and a gradual change in the makeup of the workforce.
Our client specialises in providing appointable trustees, with the right expertise and experience, to successfully run pension schemes for some of the UK's largest employers.
The team is made up of former investment professionals, actuaries, lawyers, accountants, pension managers, and corporate financiers, who combine to share knowledge to deliver better outcomes.
They are currently looking for candidates who specialise in one or more of the following areas:Pensions actuarialPensions governance Pensions lawA minimum of 7 years experience in the UK pensions sector is essential.
