    Planet Pharma are partnered with one of our leading clients who are seeking a Fleet Administrator on a 12 month contract basis

    Key Responsibilites:
    Administrative support with 'day to day' international fleet operational activityMonitor fleet operations e-mailboxProduce and manage distribution of all governance meeting documentation - tracking completion of actions identifiedFacilitate raising of supplier work orders & purchase orders in line with contract requirementsSupport with invoice reconciliationPoint of contact for members Company Car Scheme with focus on customer service excellence

    Key Requirements:

    Keen interest in electric vehiclesPrevious experience working in a corporate environment where the car fleets are employees' company cars, i.e.

    the customers are internal employees.
