We're looking for a Payment Associate Team Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will need to lead by example, inspire and motivate as well as support your team members in their development.

You will lead from the front and be creative in finding ways to deliver an outstanding service to our customers, while also ensuring all work in regards to payment processes are performed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • The Payment Associate team are responsible for the timely processing of manual deposits, customer payments, Direct Debit mandates and cheque queries
  • Providing support to the Payments Manager by overseeing the daytoday work of the Payment Associate team within agreed SLAs
  • Working with the Payments Manager to ensure the team's quality and development needs are met on a daytoday basis
  • Actively managing productivity
  • Ensuring the team provide exceptional customer service
  • Providing coaching and support using QA feedback to ensure development and upskilling of team members
  • Driving a continuous improvement ethos within the team
  • Positively influencing and contributing to the team culture
