Day Care Assistants needed in the Worthing area

A Day Care Assistant role includes:

Promoting Person Centred Care,
Supporting residents with dignity, respect and inclusion
Providing personal care that includes bathing/showering, dressing and undressing, and toileting residents
Promoting as much independence and support to residents as possible
Escorting to dining hall, setting trays/tables, giving assistance with feeding
Promoting various activities with the residents and encouraging them to be a part of the home's community
Recording of resident's logbooks and food/fluid intake (whether it be paper or electronic)

Requirements for a Day Care Assistant:

Enhanced DBS clearance
Previous experience not desirable (full training provided)
