    Description

    Job Title: Tax Senior - Corporate Tax Specialist

    Location: London, Hybrid

    Type: Permanent

    Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

    Position Overview:
    We seek a qualified Tax Senior specializing in corporate tax. The ideal candidate will have extensive UK corporate tax experience and strong analytical skills. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote and in-office work This opportunity is to join a a top 20 Accounting Frim based in London.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Provide corporate tax services and ensure compliance with UK tax regulations.
    - Advise clients on tax planning, restructuring, and M&A.
    - Prepare and review corporate tax returns and computations.
    - Research and analyze complex tax issues.
    - Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
    - Liaise with HMRC and stay updated on UK tax legislation.
    - Support business development activities.

    Requirements:
    - Relevant UK tax qualifications (e.g., ATT, ACA, CTA).
    - Extensive UK corporate tax experience.
    - Strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws.
    - Proven client management skills.
    - Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    - Full UK visa and right to work.
