    Our client, an entity operating in the Aviation sector associated with the Vision 2030 program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire extensively in the market across multiple positions.

    We are currently looking for well-experienced 3 Senior Talent Acquisition Managers based in Riyadh, KSA who will be responsible particularly for – Pilots, Cabin Crews, and Engineers/ MRO personnel.

    The potential candidate must have extensive experience in the Aviation/Airlines industries with strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated skills to work in a start-up environment. These positions will be individual contributor roles reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

    Compensation Details: Competitive Salary Package depending on experience.

    Role Qualifications:

    • Must have at least 12-15 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition role across the Aviation/Airline industries.
    • Experienced in recruiting Pilots, Cabin Crews, and MRO/Engineering employees in the organisation.
    • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process is mandatory.
    • Must have proven success in managing Volume Hiring requirements and international recruitment.
    • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition and mechanisms across levels is a prerequisite.
