- Delivering design and information packages meeting project programmes
- Provide appropriate design solutions for specialist customer specific requirements
- Liaise directly with the project manager responsible for the project
- Manage other designers and the CAD/REVIT/BIM team.
- The use of CAD/REVIT/BIM software
- Ensuring design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative requirements
- Performing engineering calculations, making reasonable assumptions to support design validity
- Ideally have a HNC or HND and good technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical design services.

Working throughout several sectors including commercial, residential, data centre and life sciences, the business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 5 Years.
With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects 2024 to be a similar period of growth.
After a successful year they are now looking to increase turnover to £120M, consequently they are looking to expand their design team.
Role:
MEP Design Manager - Central London - £425 - £450 per day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the MEP design management of various building services on a large commercial refurbishment in Central London.
