An international oil and gas company.The successful Interim Change Manager will;
Governance:
Own the overall change process, methodology and supporting tools
Program Oversight:
Lead and coordinate multiple change initiatives and programs, overseeing their successful delivery, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Change network:
own and support delivery of change and communications activity through the establishment of a change network.
Communication and Training:
Support deployment of communication materials. Drive training initiatives and workshops to support effective change adoption and understanding across diverse teams and geographic locations.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks or obstacles to successful change implementation and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions.
Change Culture Advocate:
Foster a culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement, serving as a champion for organisational evolution.
The successful Interim Change Manager will have;
Certifications such as Prosci, CMI, or similar in Change Management would be advantageous.
Proven experience (5+ years) in leading large-scale change management programs within a global organisation, overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
