They are going through a huge modernisation & transformation project (currently on month 13 of a 5 year plan) and investing heavily in all areas of the business from their IT systems, data and suppliers to platforms, products and most importantly, their people, to make sure they can be that driving force within the Mortgage and Savings world - so its a fantastic time to join and make your mark.

This is a brand new role for the organisation and you will manage the Planning and Analysis team within the wider Savings team to deliver models, insight and analysis activity that drives, supports and informs robust strategic and tactical decision making within the Savings department to understand book performance (margin and volume) and enables delivery of effective strategies, new propositions and pricing across the Group's savings brands and channels (including platform providers) that ensures the plan is delivered and optimised.
