To work within the marketing team creating imagery and providing support to other marketing activities including social media, content creation, campaign management and in-store promotions.


Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Create and schedule Digital content (blogs, landing pages, mailshots, and app notifications).
  • Schedule and manage platforms.
  • Optimise website SEO.
  • Create and design branch adverts to help promote offers.
  • Support on the development and execution of projects.
  • Ensuring marketing materials and digital assets are ready on time.
  • Support the marketing team with daytoday activities.

Qualifications:


  • 5 GCSEs grades A*C/94 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required & Desired:


  • Demonstrate digital communications and social media marketing experience.
A proven track record in writing engaging content.

  • Previous use of social media as a business tool advantageous.
  • A true passion for website optimisation through SEO.
  • Have a creative eye for video and design as well as being passionate about creating engaging content.
  • Excellent design skills with good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge and experience of setting print artwork
  • Social media brand development and marketing
  • Usage of a website CMS platform to update basic content
  • HubSpot advantageous.
  • Experience in a similar or related role and a passion for all forms of Digital Marketing
  • Experience working with main social channels Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Excellent Copywriting and CMS editing skills
  • Experience setting up and managing Paid Social Media campaigns, with Facebook Ads Manager knowledge is desirable but not essential.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

  • Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
  • Execute multichannel digital campaigns using online platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
  • Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
