Finance Administrator

The Role:

As the Finance Administrator for our Client you will be dealing with all aspects of financial bookkeeping for the business You will be confident in the use of Office 365 with particular proficiency in Excel.

Previous experiencein a similar role is preferred and ideally you will have prior experience of financial accounting systems. Training on specific in house systems will be given.

The role is based in Birmingham's vibrant city centre and is well situated for both New Street andSnow Hill stations.


The Company:

Due a period of growth, the Company are now looking for a Finance Administrator to join them and help in supporting the financial and accounting function within the business.

They are easily accessible my train; a few minutes walk from Snowhill or New Street station


For this Financial Administrator role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Able to handle bookkeeping and credit control
  • Can raise sales invoices and credit notes
  • Confident in reviewing forecast and invoicing schedule with Project Managers
  • Able to deal with accounts queries and assisting with account reconciliation
  • Must have good GCSE's in English Language and Maths
  • Qualification in Financial/Business admin highly desirable
  • Friendly and personable and works well in a team environment
