    Role responsibilities

    The Early Talent and Recruitment Coordinator will contribute to the delivery of Early Talent programmes and recruitment activities across TfW, including apprenticeships, graduate scheme, work experience and internships aligned to the overall Early Talent Strategy to maximise opportunities across the organisation.

  • Support the delivery of the end-to-end early talent recruitment process for all multi discipline early talent programmes and wider TfW recruitment initiatives, coordinating and supporting a wide range of attraction, recruitment, and selection activities. Putting the candidate experience at the heart of all activities to deliver a fair, inclusive and effective selection process, in line with relevant UK employment law and legislation.
  • Support with coordination of pre-induction and onboarding activities, including administrative duties associated with new apprentices, grads, interns, and work experience participants, ensuring there is a high quality, consistent and structured approach in place, enabling a smooth transition into the early talent programmes for all participants.
  • Organise, coordinate, and attend a wide range of outreach and community engagement events with schools, colleges, universities, and other partnerships aligned to our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy, to promote TfW's early talent and recruitment opportunities, to reach as wide and diverse audiences as possible.
  • Support TfW's Early Talent online brand through the website and social media platforms to attract as wide and diverse audiences as possible by supporting activities such as coordinating social media campaigns, website content and updates, as well as supporting with the development of digital assets such as videos, images, and posters in collaboration with the Organisational Strategic Lead – Early Talent, EDI and Marketing teams.
  • Who we're looking for

  • Experience of working in a similar role within Early Talent, Recruitment or HR.
  • Experience of supporting full-cycle attraction and recruitment activities.
  • Conscientious and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team, as well as to work independently, managing multiple competing priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.
  • Welsh Language Skills

    The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
