We are urgently seeking a Customer Liaison Officer for a 6-month fixed term contract based in Hull (HU9).As a Customer Liaison Officer, you'll operate autonomously, enhancing customer and client satisfaction within our planned works project.

Your role will involve engaging with tenants and supporting the Site Manager in various tasks, previous CLO experience advantageous but not essential as we are looking for good organisational skills and a sound customer service background.

A customer-centric mindset and empathetic approach are crucial, as you'll be interacting with tenants in their homes. This dynamic, mobile role offers the chance to truly make a positive impact.

The Project Working on planned maintenance and refurbishments/renewals, you will play a key role in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications, liaising with customers and residents to ensure a clear understanding of the nature and scope of works happening.

You will coordinate access arrangements as necessary, ensuring any issues or concerns are resolved quickly and effectively, in order for works to be completed to schedule.
