    Key responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices

    Required qualifications and skills:

    • Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Exceptional numerical and IT skills, including proficiency in cost management software.
    • Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
