Bookkeeper / Permanent (Hybrid) / £25,000 - £30,000 / West Malling, Kent

Overview:


My client, a trusted bookkeeping and accountancy firm are looking to recruit a Bookkeeper to join their friendly team in West Malling, Kent.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • General bookkeeping on a day to day basis
  • Completion of VAT returns
  • Assisting with the processing of payroll (Sage / Xero) and CIS for clients
  • Helping to prepare yearend accounts
  • Filing & other office administration where necessary

Essential Skills:


  • 3+ years' experience working as a bookkeeper, ideally within a practice environment
  • Ideally AAT Qualified
  • Experience with or knowledge of Sage or Xero
  • Excellent telephone manner

Package:


  • Monday
  • Friday
  • 7.5 hours per day (flexi time)
- £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
