Job Description Our client, a prestigious Silver Circle firm, ranked No1 for excellence in Pensions law is actively seeking a 2-5pqe associate.
With one of the largest pensions law practices in the City, the team's clients are the trustees of large employers' occupational pension schemes, employers on pension matters and corporate departments, whom they advise on the pensions aspects of all kinds of transactional work and the employment department on pensions matters such as automatic enrolment.
They have been advising some of the UK's largest defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes and corporate sponsors on all aspects of pensions law and practice for over 35 years, including on investment, risk and liability management, contracts, funding and security, and disputes.
Clients include the trustees or corporate sponsors (including FTSE 100) of pension schemes with over £100 billion of assets in total.
They are a six Partner team, with two Consultants, three Senior Counsel, one Knowledge Counsel and 10+ Associates/Senior Associates. Along with Trainees, Paralegals, PA's and Legal Operations support.
