My Client are already a leading company in Cornwall and their core business is hugely profitable. This dynamic organisation are also leading producers and manufacture leading branded FMCG products including alcoholic and non alcoholic products.

Due to current consumer demand for innovative new products together with an overall increase in consumption of core products they are now looking for experienced Cider Makers.

The role will involve producing high quality finished products and also developing new and innovative variants. this role will report into the Operations Director.

This will be a full on role, will require strong communication skills, creative flair, ability to be fluid and prioritise, strong organisational skills, ability to be diplomatic but with creation and determination, high standards of excellence too.

The successful applicant will have an unusual blend of skills and ideally should have the following:

1. Previous experience crafting Cider, Cider production, cider making.
2. Ideally a blend of experience gained making cider commercially although will consider non commercial experience.
3. Diplomatic and patient approach to tasks and role.
4. Excellent communicator and able to create new and exciting ideas for products.
5. Flexible approach to work.
6. Able to multi Task.
7. Energetic and solutions led approach to role.
