About the Care Support Worker
role:

As a
Care Support Worker, you will support our customers who have a learning disability and Mental Health to enjoy their lives to the full and have the opportunity to fulfill all their dreams and aspirations.

What we're looking for in our Care Support Worker:

We do require you to be flexible enough to work across a 24/7 rota which does cover a 365 days a year
Driving is not essential, however, you will be expected to support our customers locally on public transport
You need to be positive, kind and caring and be focused on encouraging choice, self-worth and supporting our customers to live their best life

Responsibilities as our Care Support Worker:
This role will include an element of personal care including:

Prompting with intimate personal care
Helping to prepare food
Supporting administration of medication
Supporting with their health and wellbeing
Supporting our customers to enjoy recreational activities and explore new adventures

_This role will require an Enhanced DBS check._
