Multiple Senior Ruby on Rails Developers are required to join a fast-growing E-commerce Hospitality scale-up in London where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining their core platform, used by millions of customers ever day.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Ruby on Rails applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer, with at least 5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of web application development principles and best practices ( TDD, AGILE)
• Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
