Job Description Marvel FMCG is proud to be partnered with Green Gourmet on their search for a Technical Assistant.

Green Gourmet is a food innovation company creating frozen foodservice products for the Education, Travel and Retail markets.

Green Gourmet promote dynamic working so location is up to you each day and they promote a flexible approach to hours to achieve both their goals and yours.

You will coordinate all complaints, providing a resolution in the best possible way, liaising with Head of Quality to highlight any concerns.

You will also review all documentation within the Quality Management System to maintain BRC Standards.

This is an integral role to the business that is focused on providing the highest quality of standards with their customers.

Regularly providing legal information for food labelling, making sure specifications are continually met.

Someone with an interest in food.
If you have a background within Food Science, or knowledge of food manufacturing processes that would be great.
You may have an understanding of food legislation and labelling, nutritional and legal standards.
