    The role:

    An exciting opportunity to join our Product and Programmes team as a Commercial Programme Strategy Lead has arisen

    Sitting at the heart of the Commercial Transformation team, you will be responsible for working within key business areas, such as Corporate or Agency Dealing, to ensure we have a market leading range of commercial products and programmes to drive commercial success.

    What you'll do:

    • Work as part of a centralised strategy team to determine how best to incentivise our travel agency and/or corporate partners globally.
    • Develop new strategies and initiatives to implement and optimise products and programmes.
    • Ensure our programmes are optimised to deliver the maximum value to BA and our partners.
    • Actively support the delivery of programmes globally by setting frameworks, modelling and appraising deals.
    • Use analytics to develop pricing and guidelines for our products and programmes.
    • Track and understand industry & market trends and adapting our strategies appropriately to stay ahead of the game.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the business.
    • Ability to objectively listen, consider alternatives and encourage challenge.
    • Excellent organisational skills and able to effectively juggle priorities to deliver projects.

    Your experience:

    • Knowledge of revenue management fare products, inventory management and/or airline sales is desirable.
    • Practical experience using analytical tools and data, e.g. SQL, Excel, SAS.
    • Understanding of product development and delivery is desirable.
