Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a well-established business based in Ashington who are currently going through growth.

You will be an important part of the finance team, taking ownership of the purchase ledger function.


Responsibilities:


  • Verification and checking of invoices, ensuring compliance, approvals and matching POs
  • Posting purchase ledger invoices using erp software
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Dealing with suppliers and investigating queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Meeting deadlines in line with monthend
Experience

  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Experienced working in an Accounts department
  • Experienced working in a fastpaced environment
  • Teamplayer

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
