£40,(Apply online only) pro rata
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their busy HR function.
Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, you will be heavily involved in a variety of projects, therefore flexibility and adaptability is required.
There will be the occassional expectation to travel to the London office (a few times a month).Your main responsibilities as a HR Generalist will involve supporting the UK office with a variety of HR needs including employee administration, recruitment, policy and procedure management, as well as any adhoc duties that arise.
To be a successful HR Generalist you must have:Demonstrable HR Generalist experience.
Ideally CIPD Qualified.
Flexible and adaptable approach to workload in a busy environment.
Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
