Position Overview:

As the interim exit support consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of their organisation by identifying and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate development, financial analysis, and deal execution within the healthcare sector.

Work collaboratively with the Director of Strategy and M&A to support the refinancing transaction (likely to be in c.
Lead a cross-functional working group to project manage various preparatory workstreams.
Support the management and engagement with external advisors and act as a conduit between advisors and the business.
Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
Although not essential, some experience of working in-house, in a large corporate, would be a benefit.
Strong commercial acumen - able to make compelling and evidence-based recommendations.
